International Shipping:

We ship all over the world! To see what it will cost to ship your International Order, simply add items to your cart and select your country at checkout. Please note that the shipping costs calculated online reflect pricing through the United States Postal Service for First-Class Shipping (for orders up to 1 pound) or Priority Shipping (for orders up to 20 pounds). We do use a different carrier in some cases, and it is often more affordable to ship your order. In cases where the shipping cost is less than what you were charged, we will happily refund you the difference. For large items such as kilns and equipment, or for bulk orders, you should create a list online and then email or call us so that we can calculate accurate shipping costs for you. Important to understand: All import duties, taxes, and any other shipping fees are the responsibility of you the cosignee. Sometimes the taxes are included in the shipping charges and other times your Country’s Customs office will hold your shipment for fees.
